G.Karras undertook and completed the reconstruction of flooring in the production area and the refridgerators at the basement of the company N.Saroglou & SIA SA (peasant pie industry), within 3 days. Specifically G.Karras undertook the dismantling of the old floors, the installation of new flooring suitable for food proccesing areas, the construction of covings in the perimeter of the area with the new floor, the construction of high durability flooring, in the freezer area, for the frosting-defrosting process and the rapid temperature changes (-60oC - +120oC) and finally the construction of inox protection for the protection of panels from the strong knocks of trolleys and pallet trucks.
